You'd probably want any RSU to vest really quickly (3 months) so you could sell the stock you are going to tank.
Then you'd try and fire a load of key personnel and leaders within your competitor. Ccg, iot etc etc.
Then you'd want to remove all experienced personnel and leave the remainder paralysed by fear.
You wouldn't want to relocate your family as you will be going back to your old company soon.
You'd want to kill off any products that might compete. Full SoC portfolio should do it.
