Yes June 2nd was deadline to accept ERP or VSP.
Post June 2nd, ERP and VSPs still at Intel will be handed the ISP that was approaching them.
June 2nd was the VSP/ERP deadline. June 4th wasn't any kind of milestone (unless you mean the PEG email to select sites).

What happened to June 4th?
I heard that they will announce that they met their 12k number tomorrow and all of the leftovers will have lifetime jobs until they quit or retire.
