Why is it the words "collective bargaining " keep ringing in my head?
Is it because Honeywell management is so out of touch with its employees ... that we get no respect ?
its the only option left before they really take everything away. It is the only thing that might get managements attention .
honeywell has locked out their union employees of uaw local 9 in an effort to destroy their pay also. i strongly urge any salary to organize or continue to get walked on. you could call uaw local 9 to get more info on organizing
American workers are wimps, at least in the mind of Mark James.
Honeywell employees do need to grow a pair. You too, in the "girls club", if you want a job.
This is the thing most likely to get management's attention. Report to the ethics hotline that workers are considering calling for a vote. It could assist in creating havoc for DMC.
