"Ship shape" and best services available, I agree. For corporate absolutely nothing has changed. We are just selling stuff off and reducing head count to keep the margins as good as possible, and when business increases and the margins are great we can waste a bunch of money to get the market share we want and who cares there is still a lot more money for nice dividends. Sorry to all the average employees but I'm just to busy building my new house to come up with a better plan. You know how long that would take? That's cra cra.

Everyone is "ship shape" and customers are going to get the absolute best service available. Its been daunting but we are back and ready for action!
