This is the second time someone has been thrown from a forklift and got seriously hurt. Someone has to get in trouble especially when its the same truck that ejected the prez (J).

Upper management must spend there days reading this instead of finding ways to run this company and keep it from closing. A few days afta this post the prez returned to work.
Now that is a funny thought. Put the ejectors on the 9th floor boardroom chairs.

Have all drivers complained about that truck being defective or is it just bad driving ?
Were drug test done on all drivers in accidents ? Why wasnt the unions president not tested after his accident ?
