Before you reply to a comment do your homework so you do not sound so ignorant, ConAgra bought JM Swank in 1992 according to the press release that was sent out announcing the sale.
ConAgra does indeed own JM Swank and has for 20 years or so. I used to work for that division. Just that no one in CAG knew we existed :)
