Our sales are actually good for summer semester, but we keep getting hit for the online bookstore 1076 returns thus numbers look horrible. The system should be corrected to show our specific store numbers and the hit to 1076. I realize that is the way it should be but reality is another story.

Cut hours to match sales got hit with a filled complaint
Didn't reach sales goal yesterday... got sent home early. no layoff, just reduce hours to basically nothing so employees leave on their own thus no unemployment.
