I feel bad to quit Intel after 2 months as a new employee. The other stable company offers 15k more and that is hard to ignore. Intel match for 401Ks will not vest soon. Is bonus part of 401K match? I may retire after 4 or 5 years, and cant afford to be without job for that long. Intel can lay me off after 1 or 2 years. Possible? Should I ask for counter? I am getting to like Intel and the job, but Layoffs will continue for a bit. I am planning to resign next week. Any good advice? So sorry to say bye to Intel but resignation highly likely. Tears are flowing!

Folks, Previous post from me is not a Troll post. I am real. It is hard to make a choice when you just worked for 2 months in a world famous and admired companies. And you like it. But have to move on due to uncertain Intel situation and 15K extra money. Sad. Not a Troll .
This is a troll post poeple come on. Some of you are so gullible.
Intel doesn't match 401k. Rest of your post makes you sound like a troll or idiot. If you do indeed have a better offer (not sure I believe you) then take it.
Intel doesnt match 401k contributions...
Take the extra 15k and put in low cost vanguard or blackrock funds each year.
Since you posted the same twice please leave Intel. I have np patience with incompetent people who do not know how to use a simple system!
For me, $15K more would prompt me to leave without a severance package. OP your choice though.
Retirement. Yeah, right. The OP writes with the experience of a college intern.
I'm lost. You have an offer and you are thinking to hang on? Are you nuts? Fly away!!
