The light at the end of the tunnel is that the EPA (in the US) is now considering criminal prosecution for those that hide material facts relating to EPA violations. Considering that the ELT know first hand the results of the audits of L48 asset integrity it is only a matter of time before they have their liberty rather than their wallets to consider.

Will ConocoPhillips disclose its audit of Canadian asset integrity to the public so that that the Canadian public can have confidence that their resources are being developed responsibly?
