The light at the end of the tunnel is that the EPA (in the US) is now considering criminal prosecution for those that hide material facts relating to EPA violations. Considering that the ELT know first hand the results of the audits of L48 asset integrity it is only a matter of time before they have their liberty rather than their wallets to consider.
... just like the audit teams recommendations on asset integrity right!
Can't wait for the learning team's findings and recommdendations on this one. I am sure 90% of it will be swept under the rug.
How much does something like this actually cost? Me thinks a few hundred thousand but not a million.
