Can't you get paid more somewhere else? If the answer is no then that's probably why you got the ISP...
The only reason anyone wants to win an appeal is because the security of having a sh--ty job is better than not. That could be summed up as several things: lazy being one of them.
ISP's coming to this website are automatically dismissed. They are considering people only who did not visit the layoff.com....Sorry...
Didn't read other threads on the same topic? HR only looks at if you're eligible (SL4? Check) and not actual investigations or interviews. It requires too much work to actually follow up. Move on bud.

Got a reply back- lost my appeal. None of the ee's i suggested to be contacted were. Anyone surprised? I am not.
If you don't swallow, it's a loss cause.
