Woefully behind the curve on technology in an industry that is dying. Withering benefits and a horrible atmosphere due to constant layoffs.

Advice to Management

Do everyone a favor and resign. It's obvious you don't know what you're doing. The company is doomed under the current leadership.

glassdoor i looking much more realistic. There will be a director or a VP pissed at how bad they look. In a week, maybe two weeks, ,more management posts will show up.

Great job telling your stories. They read as true. Management posts, like the management at Follett are poor, fake and easy to sniff out.

Management is doing exactly that. There will be several soft, positive reviews posted to counter act this one. They want to keep the exponents high (star score, faith in CEO score) high. This is pathetic. So is Follett.

If Follett is having people (HR or whoever) posting bogus crap on Glassdoor, that is truly pathetic. The management team the family brought in has run the company into the ground with mindless layoffs (we'll serve you better by having less professional staff) and outsourcing (we'll save money by outsourcing this department and that department). Do they think their fictional crap can trump reality? What a bunch of F**k wits.
