Feel my rsus are totally worthless and don't see how those are supposed to keep me here and excited for the long run.
Mine are from couple years ago and i am experienced eng, 10+ years, relatively new in q.
Anyone else feels the same?

@-1yfs: Yeah they'll match it, alright. By the time you guys get around to leaving they'll probably spot you a gift card to Target or Macy's.
RSU is only worthless if the stock goes to zero, right? What price were your RSUs issued at? Maybe if you spent more time inventing game changing technology, your RSUs would be worth more.
RSUs will never keep anyone from leaving QC because they are not worth much, plus your new employer will match the unvested amount any way. Leave.
RSUs are like being paid in chocolate coins. They taste sweet at first but then you will suffer diarrhea.
@-etk: Receiving your bonus from QCOM in RSUs is like getting paid in Venezuelan Bolivars.
I received extra RSU. Company feels I am worthwhile. You - company must feel you are worthless. Leave.
