feeling great folks feel secure and now very aware that they have to keep their mgrs in the loop with everything my group has 5 people ..all direct reports ( grade 6 thru 8) are either emailing 1-3 times daily or ad hoc walking in to the mgr cube with their updates or general chit chat ..all want to keep their jobs and do what the companys new growing segments of business need -- the best is on its way ....company has the rockstars-we are with BK's vision.
People taking their office chairs with them.
Anyone who was offered VSP thinking they are safe is delusional.

Unaccepted erps vsps will be kicked out - in the next month or so - with the new quarterly focal being introduced.
A certain 1amer 01d hag in my org that accepted ERP - will continue working / logged in/replying emails/ being attached to her Intel Laptop - till the end of June 24th. Such a 1ife1ess 10ser ! She must be hoping she can return to Intel after spending a year of ERP money.
My last week right now. The people that did not take VSP but were offered seem to be relieved that they will not be affected (at least according to BK on Circuit). I know 4 techs in DCG that got VSP but did not take it. Are they safe? Are they glad they did not take the VSP? Seems that way.
Lot of the ERP folks are already gone. Given all the thrash about ACT and the murky future, the people who took VSP are the least frustrated.
