Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Goodbye Duncan?

Rumor has it that all facilities except for technology will close. Any truth to this?

Heard some buildings will be leveled maybe for asbestos. They didn't care about the asbestos when people actually worked in there. Now that they are shutting the buildings down they are going to flatten them. Specifically the old Administration Building.

What made Halliburton the second most successful oil field service company? The equipment that was designed and built in Duncan. Plus, everyone gets a paycheck on time. Thanks to the dedicated people in payroll, shall I go on? For people that don't know the professionals here an opinion can be formed like this without looking at what was accomplished here. Lastly, about half the people employed here are NOT originally from Duncan.

This site allows anything to be said which makes the credibility of this site suffer...

I came from Dallas.

It might as well go. There are to many lazy asspeople in Duncan to make any business sucessful. The Lazy spoiled brats deserve to loose a potential good business.
