Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Layoffs, pay freezes at Xerox

Management Has been screwing Xerox for a long time no...

Cut and chop to put a bonus in their pockets and still think they deserve millions in pay just to rape a company and move on to the next.

Layoffs should begin at to highest levels and work down if they want to save a company and it's future. If a sports team isn't performing they fire the coach, not the players!

Think about it.

After 18 years the Big X, Xed me (IRIF).

Glad to be done with this company.

Hopefully the executives of Xerox will get their due while walking their dog around the block.

Dog sh-- on their shoe.

There really is not much else one can add to inter-web, in regards to, how this company treats it's employees.

  • Layers and layers of uninformed & misleading management, delaying approvals and decision.

  • Manipulating the core employees that honestly perform the daily tasks that make the company money.

  • Encouraging innovation and brand loyalty, only to lay off as much staff as it can, leaving skeleton crews to manage workloads for triple it's size.

  • "Creating a more efficient workplace" are some slogans thrown around to make people feel better about losing coworkers, then absorbing their workload.

  • Convenient pay freezes for mid-low employees after reassuring salary increases.

  • Proposed employee advancement & transfers, interminably awaiting management decisions.

  • Out with indispensable & knowledgeable employees, in with the inexperienced, apathetic & uninspired.

There is always a reward for good and bad behavior. Good rewards for good behavior and bad for bad. When they terminate those who do the work, here's hoping they know how or we will all meet in the unemployment line.

So very true... I worked with them for 10 years and finally had to resign, couldn't take the stupidity, disrespect and being used any longer. Xerox needs proper management from HR straight done.

They are a set of theives, all the money employees work go to management pocket and employees go home with a stipend. We are working under modern day slavery.

It is so sad. Mr Casserly created and left a good foundation but everything fell apart after he sold the company. Employees are figuratively raped by Xerox management. Yet Xerox can boast about the revenues they have gained every quarter.

Spent 8 years as a temp. Broken promises and lies. Xerox is a sh--ty company to work for . In the end I was laid off and no one could care less . They don't give raises anymore . I hope the employees eventually run this company to the ground they are selfish and only out for themselves . They treat employees like garbage
