Hi I am developing a mathematical theory of the representivity of discussion forum posts based on the following.
N = the population size, eg the No of BH employees.
R = the total number of replies to a post.
V = the total number of views <= R
Rm = the number of multiple replies by the same person <= R-1
Vm = the number of multiple views by the same person <= V-1
Then the representivity of the posts can be expressed as a percentage using the formula
( (V - Vm) / (R-Rm) ) / N x 100.
Based on this formula the representivity of most posts here is less than 0.002 %.
In other words stop moaning. You don't represent anywhere near a significant number to make any difference.
