I'm lil upset about the downsizing of the Henderson facility....
I understand that happen and that's business.. I work for ACS (Xerox) for over seven years. I seen a lot of things that was not approved of in the employee handbook. Some of the rules of advancement was totally dismissed when it came to certain people.
Most of people in management DO NOT have the what is documented for them to be in those position. They are pill poppers (I speak fact). Now I know they do their jobs but that's all training, which as you can see anybody can be trained to do a job at ACS Xerox.
But when you get rid of one of the people that have been there since ACS Xerox came to Henderson,with a Master's Degree (the only one with a degree beside Tom) it took them forever to put her in management 15years!!!!!!!
Her son is on his way to college what she suppose to do now.. Now there are others almost in the same boat. And I'm upset about all of them. But I would have been please to know that you have corrected a whole lot of wrong that is going on at the Henderson facility.
Can you please look into of some of these wrongs from the dress code on up. I Thank You for taking the time to hear me out.. And I Thank You in Advance for looking into all the wrongs in Henderson.
