Rick Findley...other question is not known. Rick Findley is one of the good guys. Painting his promotion in some kind of bad light is a sign of someone who does not know the man. Their are a lot of bad eggs in the basket. Like many of us who bleed WFM the same can be said of him.
I cannot answer the second part of your question. I can speculate that since purchasing will be more globalized their may not be a place for a Regional VP of Purchasing. So I can guess that the answer is no one. Lots of Regional positions are simply going away.
