About large sales in the works with NOV. Husband contacts customer and tries to steal the sale. He even tells customer that he was informed about the pending purchase from his wife and gives her name. Customer then calls sales rep at NOV and asks to keep all business private.
When upper management and hr was informed. She was written up and told not to do it again. 2 months later she is promoted. To a job that gives her access to all list, unit prices, Special Corp discounts, inventory at every location, and sales history. BUT IT GETS BETTER SHE IS ALLOWED TO WORK FROM HOME!!!!!
I have never seen anything like this at any company . Why don't we just post all of the companies private info online so Competitors can take all the business.
It is sure not the NOV I started with.
