Carri is a woman of integrity!
She was being asked to support unethical staffing related decisions made by others who were preparing for a legal skirmish of sorts. Unlike this former EF RVP, some of the others in management familiar with said decisions either acquiesced, tried to fade in to the wood work or were only too happy to enforce the decisions.
If you paid attention to the investment relations analysts over the last couple of years, they were the ones who thought Lance should be CEO of Marathon, not Tillman. They also expected someone would grab him. The Company would be in better hands if roles were reversed. Too bad!
You could tell especially when Lance came to MOC he was looking to be a CEO somewhere...

Is Lance leaving on his own or did Sult finally get his way? He's been after him for a while. Top execs don't get along which is a huge issue for Our company's ultimate success. This won't fix anything as the real problem is not Lance.
It is rumored that an announcement will be made Friday that Lance is leaving. This is expected and will help us, as he's a young flash in the pan playing In a much bigger sandbox than he should be playing in.
Might be time for Dale to upgrade the 'Bimmer.

HR managers/employees under Deanna's leadership are leaving one by one. There is a pattern.
The best employees are leaving one by one. There are no "pros" into staying. The morale is at an all time low under Lee's leadership.
