I'm not going to lie. I'm at the point where I'm considering asking my boss to put me at the top of the layoffs list.
Energy Forward? Until Enbridge has a massive overhaul of the core of its leadership, it's going to be a broken company. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that the solution to failed management is to promote the manager at this company.
This company is chock-full of leadership who were probably good at a very specific function, but lack the vision to really move this company into the future.
Good luck Enbridge. You're going to need it. Let's hope that the oil price rebounds quick so they won't continue to have us by the nuts in a desolate job market. GE and Mitsubishi are bringing their HQs to Houston. Maybe that will help....
