When will upper management finally realize that Bryan squire and his cronies ain't suited to be running it. His areas has the worst management around. It's all about salesmen and if your from lousiania you have job forever. He has ran the solids control division into the ground. No wonder nov has such a bad name. There has been no salesmen let go under his watch since layoffs just all the others. Come on upper management look at what you got.

Ok as a mid con employee when are they shutting down Bridgeport Texas and get rid of all at fluid control? They have had no jobs for months. How do they think there saving money by sending employees to other districts to work paying there mileage and there meals and motel rooms? Lay of fall the locals so the manager can keep all his buddies working who are worthless including him. Someone to needs to look at all the kick backs he gets
More layoffs coming in fluid control. Closing facilities. They are losing more money then any other group.
Totally agree the senior management in NOV Solids Control i.e. FluidControl are a joke run by joker of the pack (ML)
