we will be endeavor to persevere this now once tenuous relationship, Halliburton and Sperry, both leaning on the other. but, and it is sad,
like all great relationships ours was one of joy and laughter marked by good times and bad. the stress of business juxtaposed by a common interest of pursuit. but, the stress of hard times has cast a shadow upon this union and now we must reflect, looking at this union from both sides now, hal and sperry, and thinking,
