The bonus will be in two parts: for the first 6 months of the year, ICP will be paid at target (I.e. 100%), PIP will be fixed at 3%. For the 2nd half of 2016, regular metrics will apply' so expect zero.
No salary increases this year. However if working at Rankin your bonus will be an extremely red sore butt hole, smeared in a thick brown curry smelling sauce. Advices please.
