Many are laying off a ton of people. Look at Cisco, Broadcom, etc... WHat about Inphi?

Inphi made cuts in 2015 and now 2018. Also sold the memory division in 2016 which shed a bunch of employees. Inphi never has to announce their layoffs because always keep it below the minimum number for public reporting requirements. The company actually hasn't grown much in terms of employees and the stock price has gone down the last 1+ year. Lots of competition in this space. Inphi is caught between a rock and a hard place because revenue has declined after a period of revenue growth.
