Management doesn't take care of themselves. Management takes care of the shareholders.
That's because Lance is doing 3x better job than EOG's CEO. LOL
How bad could it have been? Apart from making fat salaries and bonus and cutting costs mainly by lay offs of 100's of less salaried employees. It is a world where management first takes care of themselves first. The business comes second and you matter least. Sadly that's the truth.
People need to understand how bad it would've been if Ryan wasn't CEO.
