Doesn't understand that if you fire experienced advisers on your team that you are then left with inexperienced advisers or less advisers per students ratio (decrease customer service more escalations)...oh and you don't have a team left, so you make yourself obsolete and won't be needed to manage anything. And when you pick on a certain 'type' of people, then EEOC may become involved. Drrrrrr. Being used to do dirty work, thinking you are making yourself more popular with your director, who is now gone. Using your braimms right?
