Yes. In about another 9 months. Not as good as the last, but still pretty good.
They may also just enhance the standard package and have it available all the time.

I'd bet a paycheck that some form of ERP appears in the next 12 months. Probably not as lucrative as this round, but something more than standard retirement.
No. And it's closer to a few months than a few weeks. Sorry, but you're stuck there.
Anything possible but unlikely in near future. Next year likely if they need to get rid of more non urms
Highly doubtful a similar pkg to ERP will be offered.
I certainly don't think they will. Or if so, doubt it will be anytime soon.
Intel spent over 1.2 Billion on ERP and Packages. This was a one-off deal. Would be very difficult to get buy-in from the board to burn this again. I am hearing that Intel will just enforce the focal and get the HC down to around 95K by mid-2017
Murthy here, we will make an exception just for you.
ERP stands for "Enhanced" retirement program.... they've said they will not offer it again anytime soon. There is usually a few years in between 'get the gray heads out' incentive programs. And, this last ERP was the best ever. Highly unlikely you'd get anything more than standard retirement program now. If you are that unhappy with Intel, you might want to 1. save up as much as you can to retire early on your own, or 2. look like crazy for a new job outside of Intel NOW. Don't wait for an ISP or VSP.
You can always retire, the questions is all about the perks and you already heard expect a lot less!
Doubt the future packages will be as good if any are offered.
