Thread regarding Helmerich & Payne Inc. layoffs

Renoir Group and HR

I suggest you need to look at some of the management at the IT department. So many IT guys left who were under this particular woman manager. Lot of people dislike this Pierson because She is disrespectful, condencending, and simply uncouth and treats her people like dirt. She also has the most annoying voice sound that everyone can't stand. HR needs to investigate and do some exit interviews to all the people who are resigning from the company. We're losing a lot of good talented employees because people like this woman (b*%#h) are allowed to mistreat others.

Heard blow off Jeff"s finally out! He was never qualified for his position. David needs to go next. Biggest snake up there! He'd screw his own mother if it meant getting ahead. Last but not least- JOHN LINDSEY. Downturn in oil prices is not all to blame for the position H&P is currently in, oh no, John Lindsey is literally running this company in the ground and if HANS doesn't step in soon, its going under. Hans has no idea how that "GOOD OLE BOY" click at that Tulsa office is laying off some of the best employees and keeping the ones they are not threatened by. Its a shame to see such a respectable company falling apart because of bad management. Wake up Hans to whats going on. Get those dedicated employees back and get rid of the snakes!

One of biggest snakes in the grass. Do not trust this person. Strikes me as the type that would do anything to get ahead and only looking out for her own interest.

Hahahaha! They're looking for evidence in a culture of mistrust of their own making. People told them nothing useful in exit interviews because they knew nothing would be done about it. Now, HR has nothing to use to get the many useless IT managers out of there. It's unfortunate. There a actually a couple of extremely talented managers left in that department, but they are fighting an uphill battle. Of course, anyone who had worked their knows who you are talking about.
