Funny thing about being fake, the real ottis will come out eventually. He will never change. Can't teach an old dog new tricks.
Be patient it will happen.
Otis and Vinnie can go jump in a lake... they don't care about me.. so I don't care about them... we all know.. delivery and furniture will go third party soon... not this month.. but it will happen.. Staples might still be open.. but the object is money.. we mean nothing but a route to money.. but we'll all be out of a job... there all democrats.. and I hate democrats...
I am hoping the demotion to SVP of the western division is just an interim step to his eventual separation from Staples. He and VS are the worst people I have ever met (in terms of a professional bidness environment).

I've heard personal attacks are down and that Otis is very focused on key metrics and has been very positive when interacting with associates at the store level. I've also heard he's coming down hard on DMs and RVPs who underperform and pressuring them to close unprofitable stores.
