This could be one of the nails in the coffin - a huge embarrassment for IBM's primary 'strategic imperative', this is the "emperor has no clothes" moment for IBM cloud, the cat is finally out of the bag. IBM's cloud and other products are just plain horrible, cobbled together garbage. Why? That's what happens when you go on a full-on years long massacre of your highly skilled engineers to replace them with some non-educated individuals with fake degrees and no training. Their new "visionary" executive team did emphasize the importance of "failing fast". Of course they did also shovel some nonsense about "crushing it at work and in life", but I suppose that is a lower priority.
