Kind of surprised how these kind of old timers from Q who moved up due to nepotism and by their longevity at Q and not attributed to qualifications in any way are actually being accepted at goog.
My opinion of goog is sort of tarnishing. Specially the ones hired from qualcom at goog San Diego... How on earth did they pass the sooo rigorous interview screen. No way they could have passed the tech interviews. Something weird is going on at the San Diego division wrt interview process at goog. These old, fuddy duddy, non-technical directors simply could not have passed the tech questions, let alone the people skills needed for management, which they also lack heavily. I had worked with them and can definitely vouch for that.
The worst part was her hour long impromptu speeches LOL!!! Little did she know that no one liked her (including her minions).
