One last thing I don't need their respect I know what I am and besides throwing monkey wrenches in the cog can be rather fun, maybe the hole should be more worried that they have mores of that going on after we have seen 1st hand how dirty they have treated team members!
Oh, I did find another job and also sale on the side and am also looking for another job. I just work at the hole for the check and the things I like doing there but other than that WF could go under and I will be fine! Meanwhile,

No, that is just a stupid thing to do and besides my job actually takes artistic skills, talent, and tricks of the trade that I will hold close . Never give your secrets away when you see the way WF is doing you it's a foolish thing to do.
Sure they can get some one to do my job even for less $ but my customers will not be pleased and they will find somewhere else to go! They already don't get an order done for them if I'm not there or if I'm not the one that's going to do it for them. Also when I find another job somewhere else they will all know where I'm going and they will follow me yes I am that good!
