PUERTO RICO excluded...no layoffs in PUERTO RICO...and I was volunteer...I guess I will need to quit...

Oh.Puerto Rico told by hr no layoffs but nobody else knows if true ? What does that mean
They announced PR exception but during internal meetings...no formal communication has been sent by HR...so there is no guarantee they wont layoff people at PR.
When they told you guy (Mexico)?, they told us (Puerto Rico) today 8/11/2016. How many they layoff?
We were told Mexico wont be affected and we got Hit with layoffs last Tuesday big with a big number..... i don't know what to expect from further communications.
