Would like to hear comments from the folks working in ITC as to the working conditions, hopefully with no immediate ROM coming, people are more relaxed ? Any retirements at the mgmt level ?

The people who say that they have nothing to do and BS all the time generally are the ones who do that regardless of whether there's a ton of work to do or not. The so-called "deadwood". That's the reason we are having these cuts and why the layoffs are desperately needed.
Puh-lease. Too much work, not enough time, not enough people. Still, there are tons of bs activities that must be done to remain compliant.
Not enough work to do. Mostly BS and act busy.
