One gone already and one heading for the door. How the hell are they keeping up with the turnover?

Poor leadership in the security area. The VP has had 100 percent turnover on the operational team. The engineering team it's mostly intact, but it's a small team of workers that have been at rj for many years. The Cyber Threat team has lost nearly everyone as well. I can think of at least 3 managers that have left in the area as well. Pay is average. Workload is average. Todd Ferguson is probably the worst manager ever bit they keep him around. Employee surveys have shown repeatedly what a horrible person he is to work for. They call him toxic Todd. He's an ex marine with a chip on his shoulder for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if they had him cleaning out outhouses or something in the military. Nobody wants or likes working for him.
Too much work, staff conflict or...?
Duh, under Andy Zolper's leadership, the turnover must be around 30%. Of course the insight survey did say Andy Zolper's department was the worst in IT to work for. Todd Ferguson's numbers were really awful. His department has to be the worst department in IT to work in.
