Back in March I thought Nader said change brings opportunity and look at all the people being promoted. We have been watching... vp's and directors and cronies get promoted. The troops? None. New leaders. Same bullsh*t.

I actually think he's genuinely interested in trying to help, but he's in over his head...way over. He's trying to gain respect but to do that you need to start at the source- no one wants to go there. He keeps talking about the great leaders he's working with, I don't see evidence of that.

Who will do the actual work if they promote from within? Anyone deserving will be stuck, while those not doing anything get promoted.
