Beginning to worry about the direction of this company with lack of HSE rules and procedures!!! This happens literally everyday someone could get maimed!! Rumors are are beginning to circulate that two employees received papercuts and failed to notify Axiom! What will become of us?!?

Bravo to the previous post....it sounds like you are describing one of our 'hard' working explorationists who can't find oil at a Pep Boys, but they sure know how find an awesome latte!
I am not worried about the others as I am entitled to my ergo desk chair and my ergo adjustable desk. I also am entitled to show up to work at 0730 then go get breakfast and at 10:00 go to the gym and workout followed by lunch at 11:30. At 2:30 go get my smoothie and at the close of business at 4:00 update my Facebook then go home at 4:30! Yes, I put in a full day at the office and yes I deserve that pay raise and bonus because I am entitled and if you don't think I am then I may file a complaint against you because you are harassing me, just because I am entitled!
With all these long posts here, I hope you are all using proper ergo techniques. If not we will have nothing for over entitled spoiled brats to do...stop being selfish! Log on waste half the day feeling out questions that can't possibly know the true depths of your pain so that Mrs. I am better than you can bring you an over priced piece of equipment to preform absolutely no tasks what so ever. People have perceptions to uphold use your spirit values and be a team player.
Listen here, you anonymists. Maybe if you had adhered to these rules in the first place we wouldn't be billions in the hole. Be thankful that this year they're granting us the same percent raise we got the past two years. Be proud that we are maintaining industry equivalent pay scales. Don't you know there's starving long-term contractors that are making a paltry 1000$ per day in our workforce? Do you understand the kind of tax bracket and burden that puts them in, and they're alongside you the whole time, never a complaint? I just want you to let that sink in for a moment before you go on complaining.
Considering the backing skills of most people, this requirement is about the dumbest thing any HSE organization has ever come up with. I can see the need at a plant where everybody might need to leave the premises in a hurry, but to do it at the home office is just dumb.
Hatfield's email box must be filling up with the notices of non compliance - holding the hand rail, backing in, spilled fluids on the floor, speeding in the garages, parking on the parking lines, texting and talking on the phone while driving, walking & texting, cause Hopefully all have taken the office ergonomics class to prevent injury while surfing the net during office hours!

I know, I caught a female with a beard coming out of the men's stall here at the lease. You could tell it was a woman due to the patchy beard and sperrys and shoulder to hip ratio and lack of muscle tone. Come to think of it was probably an engineer, after he walked out I could tell his 5hit didn't stink and we've never actually seen this guy out in the field.
Ok bud I can see you didn't shave today get off my lease. No fresh air within a 100 miles always made sense to me. But I do wish you luck for the future.
Almost certain I saw someone using pointy tip scissors in Bartlesville. This reckless abandon is getting serious! Someone better go straight to Hatfield!
And those who have chosen to grow beards also can use the women's bathrooms if they chose to on any given day based on their gender identity that specific day!
I know and people are now able to grow beards and go to the field! This company is in trouble!
Thanks sir, we're on this. We urge you to come forward with names and all info so we can initiate a taproot or rcfa to determine how the management system failed us. Your communication won't be held against you nor the affected parties until the next forced ranking mid-year. If this happened after August 1 then no one will be held accountable as all achievements and failures will not count until after Dec 31 since everyone has already been ranked. Lives are at stake here.
