Bartlesville says it's too big to shut down! They say there are 1400 employees in leased offices that belong to Phillips. Actually less than 400 are full time Conoco employees! Conoco just needs to shut down its operations and let Phillips have the office space back!

Give them to Phillips or let them go! Drop in the bucket compared to what it cost us to give up deep water rig! Write it off now or write it off later, either way Bartlesville is done! The write off works better now!
Idiots we own the POB, IC and FPTC buildings. We have lease space but very little.
The numbers should be 400 in Bartlesville, 300 Houston, 300 Canada.
100 in Bartlesville.....300 in Calgary.....300 in Houston....and another 300 spread out among the other Business Units....good luck
Shut down Bartlesville! Shut it down now! Sell the buildings or board them up! Use the space we own in Houston! Conoco has no attachment to this weird little town.
That should be "I question" and not "questions"
1fqo- Are you sure Lance knows anything about who works and who doesn't! I questions if any of the ELT has any business sense or for that matter the BOD!
Just making a guess....1400 times 6 percent equals about a 100 or so layoffs
About 400 who do any work....The rest cannon fodder...Lance knows this
The POB & IC buildings which house the COP employees in Bartlesville are owned by COP. They are not leased. P66 owns the Adams and Phillips Buildings. P66 also owns the research center while COP has the airport.
Our Phillips psychology babbler starts off his statement with Freudian slip mentioning closing Houston while making pathetic attempt to deflect focus from shutting down Bartlesville! Dude you should retire in Bartlesville!
Phillips 66 claims the large majority of the workforce in Bartlesville, around a thousand.
i don't care if they shut down Houston or wherever, or the whole state for that matter,
this user '@ITo3HBl' must've got seriously butt-hurt there
seek help before it eats you up inside, and you start melting down posting on internet message boards,
seriously, outside help, seek it,
Less than 400 are full time?! False.
