Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Does anyone know what the last day will be for the people LR'd? Last few times has been 2 weeks or they could leave immediately.

2-week transition + 60 days (to satisfy WARN) + 3 months (separation agreement) + 1 week for each year over 10 years worked + any leftover PTO.

Stop with the "Golden Parachute"!! Doesn't exist. No Early Retirement, no 4 month layoff package with medical. Rainbows and Unicorns. This is 2016.

One month notice which includes you coming to work but potentially doing nothing and an extra week for every year over 10. So if you have been here for 3 years...you will get one month. If you have been 12 years...one month + 2 weeks in cash.

Does this still include a 12 week package?

I am hearing 30 days. But since you have no job responsibility as soon as you are notified you can leave any time you like before the 30 days are up.
