Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Are we going to close the Ivory Tower in Farmington?

The Ivory Tower (30th St. Office) is just sitting there mostly empty with large sections roped off. Why not close 30th Street office and put it up for sale? We have plenty of office space in our Highway 64 Office! It looks like this would be an expense that could easily be sh-- down? What do you think?

Clean it up! If they can not conduct themselves in professional manner then they are of no value and need to go. Anyone that is not professional, friendly, skilled, helpful, and a team player should be canned! If it is bad it is because professionals have allowed and encouraged it and find it entertaining. Now it's is your turn to wallow in the mess you have created!

No adult with actual career aspirations wants to be associated with the Highway 64 office aka "Sodom and Gomorrah"

Never going to close it where will the elite sit? Not with the highschool kids at h64. That cesspool is nothing but viper pit of gossip hungry class clowns you can't put working adults in that environment!

Conoco bought office space because it had been renting lots of space in West Lake and several other locations for 15 years. At the time it appeared to be a win and as leases expire it will eventually again be a win for the company.

COP has too much office space! Someone needs to be canned for the new building in Houston and dropped off at the curb without severance from breaches of fiduciary duties. Let's start from the the top with RL!
