the comment about harry potter is funny as there's a huge push to make a bunch of changes from a dev perspective just to support harry potter books. these are books that are over ten years old. do kids even read them anymore??? feels like busy work for little to no gain
We have had the same clothing style and colors for 5 years. DULL, DULL and DULL. No wonder sales are low. We do have Harry Potter gift crap, also not selling!

288 water bottles and 72 winter caps , yet the experts know what they are doing. sounds so familiar and in 3 years they may mark them down 25% and also sent you more. I'm laughing because this reality happens here also.

Sounds like business as usual, some things never change. That's what happened at my store.... we never had what we needed at the correct time. You're right, the students don't come back!
