The inside information, keep this to yourself don't let anyone hear this but, Senior Management is going to make a lot of money for nothing except mismanaging a collection of assets that could have coasted through this downturn except for the problem of the Senior Management being so grossly overpaid for doing nothing.

Go back, take a few English classes and maybe you will be retained at the next company that employs you. Wow.
F--- conoco, i will never work in oil&Gas sector again.....it is madness to take a job in an oil company straight out off college........college grads?beware of this! if you are a Petroleum Engineering, change majors, you'll make little bit less money but you'll be happiers. besides, oil has no future, all you are doing is paying up for the asseholes that are retiring 10-15 years from now.......untill then, they'll get sh-- on andwill be used the way it pleases them........this industry has no honors in it, it is responsible for only distruction and inequality...........Thinking about it!
