Captain - Drill a hole to drain the water.
First Mate - But captain we are are sea.
Captain - Trust me, it will work, I have done this before.
First Mate - Captain, captain...we are Tainan on more water.
Captain - Drill more holes...the water will drain out. Trust me...I have done this before.
First Mate - Captain the water is to our knees.
Captain - That's ok, we have brought people aboard to bucket the water off. Keep drilling and start to bucket.
First Mate - Captain...the water is getting deeper.
Man sitting on his hands doing nothing - Too much weight...throw the people bucketing overboard and throw out some life lines to teather two smaller ships around us
Captain - What a genius...you are our new First Mate. Throw the people overboard and keep drilling. Keep drilling...trust me the water will drain out...I have done this before.
New Frist Mate - It is working... less weight and the smaller ships...that's why you are captain.
Four weeks later.
New First Mate - Captain, the water is deeper than ever before. We are even starting to pull the smaller ships down with us.
Captain - Must still have too much weight...throw the rest of the people bucketing overboard and start patching the holes.
Narrator - I think you get the drift. Too little, too late.
