You are eligible, but they can lower of IPF (inidividual performance factor) as they want. So you may for example get only 10% of what you would get normally. Really depends on manager

They do get the Bonus paid because, the last paycheck will be in late October and the bonus is paid out prior to that time. Cisco is good about it. If the person was not in the bottom 5%, you get the bonus
