There is absolutely no good communication filtering through upper management and either organization. Until this happens, it happens the way it is supposed to meaning that they drop the bullshit and they provide each other with honest and productive feedback nothing will be accomplished.

Did you check out the monthly "dashboard". Did you notice the "awards" section and the award for the month? TCS consultants awarded TCS consultants with their BEST IT award. Give me a break, why does Follett put up with that crap. This calls for a trip to India to celebrate.
