$#@! This Perfect HSE Day B*** . At a time when ordinary hard working employees are fearing for their jobs, the company management is busy maximizing their own bonuses, giving themselves promotions, and making sure that they screw the employees in and out.
HAL, SLB and WFT are not suffering as much as BHI is, thanks to corrupt a** management. Perfect HSE days, achieve and other crap like that is used to scare employees however for the sacred cows sitting on top, everything is legal.
Shame on BHI Management. Baker used to be such a prestigious name in Oilfield service sector, alas! It has all changed now, For Worse.
Everybody knows that 75% of accidents in BHI are not reported, logged and ignored. Figures are completely massaged in all regions, and all those bar graphs, pie charts and whatever are utter nonsense.
This continual "perfect day" is just pure 100% crap. What more can I say.
Fell down stairs in the office yesterday landing on the VP of HSE. Said it was her fault because she was there, and do not report because it messes up the figures and causes a lot of paperwork.
