The Board will have changes next year. IT'S way to male, white and insular. We need more women, Current Obama administration will have some super women available with great tech backgrounds, PhDs. Also we need more International exposure a Chinese Native, a Indian or two from those countries. Where growth will be. You see the Goldman and others making the shift. It's not the world it used to be 25 years ago.
