Sad to see you gone, Melissa, you'll be missed. As to the reason she is gone, I would guess it has something to do with Cabela's lack of tolerance for whistleblowers.

Abuse of power. It's a shame that she gets penalized when other managers did the same thing. Upper management has an issue with strong women. There are other managers who are worthless but still there. I guess if you are not a cheater or a liar you're not management material!
Double Standards are running rampid at that Hamburg store with whoever is running it.. There is no Respect for others , Honesty is a joke, Integrity haha , Morals ... none. Back stabbing, Affairs, And seems no one is being held accountable . Go there to shop employees are scarce and ya never see upper management helping. That would be nice
