I've heard others in India complain about the same thing. If HPE cared they would have done something about it.

HPE EC Bangalore s---s. Every employee hates it to core.
I hate these managers here , especially ASC tower.
They support only Tamil and that too based on cast creed and s-x.
They fired CCNP certified professionals and kept people who does not even have basic degree as per norms here.
All my colleagues are stuck here without growth and even managers are uneducated trying to supress engineering graduates.
Worst part is there is nothing to learn in this call center. They won't even give hikes and hire only contractors.
Management stops it's employee growth targeting talented ones and educated ones.
I pray to God that HPE shuts down than torturing their employees.
If at all any top management from HPE reads these comments please review management and leadership in Bangalore site it's Soo corrupted.
And anyone looking to join HPE , It s---s straight don't join unless you are desperate.
They look to fire good and quality people and leave mediocre ones (at best) in low cost counties that have no experience and no knowledge.
Working with them is impossible.
They are doomed.
They ain't gonna be happy until everything is outsourced to third worlders. Fighting TS tonight. They're complaining about their shifts.
Please please please please let it be me! I want to be WFR'd tomorrow or July 18th.
So much good talent are being layed off. Public opinion on outsourcing has reached an all time high against it. Politicians are finding it hard to deal with the a growing outcry of the public. That eventually, companies like HPE, could be forced to pay a high price for moving or coming back. Not sure how many more years it will take. But that could mean a huge waste of already spent money on the investment they put into other countries. There is no good ethical and moral reason to get rid of GOOD WORKING PEOPLE. Even if they state that the "survival" of the company depends on it. If anything, they should just keep them with enough work here and if the company wants to look to other countries, just create new jobs. But not at the expense of a good American worker. Its just flat out evil. HPE is an evil corporation because they could care less about you or anyone else. They just care about their shareholders pockets. Which is another reason WALLSTREET, is losing support from the Main Street. The 1% wonder why there is so much hate towards them when they are "creating" jobs. Because this is the epitome of the reason why. They get 10 foreigners at half the price of 1 good American. American Corporations like HPE, dumps that worker like he is just a number, couldnt care less of what he provided for the company for years, CEOs and boardmembers get HUGE bonuses, because you add up all the layed off American workers minus cheap labor, and the Bonuses get fatter. Fuk HPE and corporations like it. I miss the days when corporations used to care for the American worker and its people. The whole corporate structure is f'd up only benefiting them/Wallstreet, and not the American people who helped make them successful. Any one who says that you shouldnt blame the 1%, especially if you got laid off after working many years contributing to their success, you are just flat out ignorant. Not saying that Capitalism is wrong, but that is why we need a little sprinkle of Socialist policies like making the government strong enough to stand up to Corporations like HPE, and say enough of immorally taking advantage of free trade and corporate inversions, and contribute positively to the plight of the American worker who worked their tails off for you. "Fair Trade" not 100% Free Outsource without penalties policies. HATE TO MAKE THIS A POLITICAL THING....BUT IT REALLY IS. POLITICS IS WHAT GOT ALL OF OUR JOBS OUTSOURCED, AND THAT IS A FACT.
Yea, I hear you guys. I've been telling everyone to keep up with their LinkedIn it they havent already. More and more IT companies actually look at it. Many people are telling me though (as well as the same for me), that they are just waiting to get their package. Why waste 2 months worth of free pay. You file for unemployment and that will last about another 6 months. That is 8 Month to look for a good paying job and its what unemployment is for. I've never had to file for unemployment, because I've always found something. But the taxes are being collected for it, why not use it the right way? IT SUCKS HERE. ITS LIKE EVERYONE IS STICKING AROUND, TORTURED TO A SLOW DEATH. So the question is, is it worth the package and unemployment, or are you not willing to deal with the torture? At this point, only one thing is certain. That is, it is inevitable that working at HPE will come to an end, regardless.
Use the fact that you still get a paycheck from HPE to fund your job search. Better to find a new job while you still have one than out of work needing a job! HPE will eventually cut your position, why not collect from them while you are able?
@1ayl That's definitely the way to go!! I couldn't be happier now that I'm gone! Started a much better paying job and got a raise 3 months in to boot!
Start your active job search right away (if you haven't started already). If you get an acceptable offer anywhere, JUST TAKE IT, and forget about a WFR package. Just jump the ship! Escape the insanity!! Get out of there!!
Why just leave, I hung around until they finally got rid of me and got the 1 week per year of service severance(before they canned it)
Just put your name on the list....they will be glad to let you go.
No offense, but if you are at that point, why not just leave?
